Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS)
IE Library has two new databases funded by the IE Center for Families in Business; Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS); R3K Company Vote Results (2003-present) and ISS Vote Recs (add'l) both accessible via Wharton Reserch Data Services.
We really appreciate the initiative and support from the IE Center for Families in Business, as it allows us to expand and improve the content of our Virtual Library, raising the sense of added value to the knowledge it implies.
ISS is the world’s leading provider of corporate governance and responsible investment (RI) solutions for asset owners, asset managers, hedge funds, and asset service providers. ISS’ solutions include: objective governance research and recommendations; RI data, analytics, and research; end-to-end proxy voting and distribution solutions; turnkey securities class-action claims management; and reliable global governance data and modeling tools.

This database includes information for the year 2003-2019. The content of the base is as follows:

• The percentages of votes in favor, against, abstention, etc.
• ISS recommendation on how to vote
