IE Library will participate in PAARLNet Convention 2020 “Modern Technology Applications in Libraries”

IE Library will participate in PAARLNet Convention 2020 “Modern Technology Applications in Libraries” organized by the Asian Institute of Management https://www.aim.edu/  based in Philippines, on October 15th via Zoom.

This conference aims to bring together representatives from the different PAARLNet member academic/research libraries primarily to discuss possible collaboration between them. The goal is to equip members with the necessary knowledge and skills needed to address various challenges facing academic and research libraries with the help of the modern, technological tools may be used in various library operations.

IE Library has been invited as a keynote speaker, to share their experiences regarding the detection, development and application of next-generation technologies, in order to change and improve the user experience, initiatives regarding the development of Sustainable Development Goals, the introduction of liquid learning tools to transform the classe, and support for synchronous and asynchronous classes.

The latest projects around new virtual study spaces such as the Virtual Study Space, sustainable campaigns on access to online press through interactive ecological vinyl located on campus, gammification tools, robots and more technologies in terms of AI, APPS, and much more will be presented. The library once again positions itself as a forerunner of change, highlighting its willingness to share and collaborate with institutions around the world, to foster the common growth.
