DESCRIPTION:Cracking the Code on University Rankings Webinar \nUnderstanding How to Improve Your University’s\nGlobal Standing \nUniversities operate in a highly internationalised academic ecosystem which means that they compete on a global stage for academic talent\, students\, funding\, and status.  One of the primary (and public) measures of prestige is determined by each university’s performance relative to their peers\, regionally and internationally – on the various ‘Best Global Universities’ lists that are generated each year by various academic ranking systems like the CWTS Leiden Ranking\, Times Higher Ed\, The Shanghai Rankings\, and the QS Rankings \nDetermining why a university is ranked as it is and setting an explicit improvement strategy can boost reputation and can ultimately increase an institution’s global visibility as it climbs the university league tables.
