Workshop #3: Understanding Peer Review & Resubmission

This third session in a series of four aims to support and guide early career researchers and would-be authors in their path toward potential publication in a Cambridge University Press journal.

This session aims to cover:

• How to critically assess and respond to reviewer comments constructively.
• Differentiating between desk rejections and peer-reviewed rejections, and learning from feedback.
• When and how to resubmit to the same journal or pivot to a different one.
• Cambridge’s Author Services and Tools for Support

This session will be recorded and available to watch upon completion.

Should attendees join in all four sessions through December 2025, they will be sent a certificate of completion from Cambridge University Press and Assessment.
