Workshop #4: Promoting Your Work After Publication: Research Impact & Visibility

This final session in a series of four aims to support and guide early career researchers and would-be authors in their path toward potential publication in a Cambridge University Press journal.

This session aims to cover:

• Overview of academic and societal impact metrics and influences
• Strategies and best practices for sharing your published research, from online to in person
• Leveraging open access publishing for increased readership and engagement.
• How to boost citations
• Social media, conferences, and media outreach
• Cambridge’s Author Services and Tools for Support

This session will be recorded and available to watch upon completion.

Should attendees join in all four sessions through December 2025, they will be sent a certificate of completion from Cambridge University Press and Assessment.
