This first session in a series of four aims to support and guide early career researchers and would-be authors in their path toward potential publication in a Cambridge University Press journal.
This session aims to cover:
• Types of Journals & Why Selecting the Right Journal Matters
• Understanding Journal Scope & Fit – how to align your submission with a journal’s aims, scope, and audience
• Journal Impact – looking beyond getting published when selecting a journal
• Brief OA & Publishing Process Overview
• Cambridge’s Author Services and Tools for Support
This session will be recorded and available to watch upon completion.
Should attendees join in all four sessions through December 2025, they will be sent a certificate of completion from Cambridge University Press and Assessment.
