The Orbis database provides quantitative business information worldwide.
SABI is used to find Spanish and Portuguese companies by activity and location, while Alimarket offers sectoral economic information on companies, establishments, brands, and projects located in Spain.
Finally, the Company Profiles provide profiles on companies listed alphabetically; academic publications, books/monographs; country reports; industry profiles; market research reports; SWOT analysis; trade publications, and company working documents.
What resources are available to compare information between companies?
EBSCO manages full-text scientific information that can be used to perform comparisons between companies in Company Profiles, also providing summaries of articles from scientific journals, reference books, and other publications from a diverse set of disciplines that are continually updated. This application has an online interface. So you can access other public and private databases at colleges, universities, libraries, schools, medical institutions, government agencies, and corporations.
