The estimated delivery time for interlibrary loans is 10 days.
Uncollected ILLs
If an ILL book is not collected by the end of the loan period, a 30-day penalty will be applied.
Overdue ILLs
You will receive 1 Sanction Day for each item, for each day it is late.
This is a service for obtaining materials that are not available within our catalog, aimed at supporting study and research.

Inquiries will be processed provided the user does not have pending Sanctions.
Renewals of printed copies are not allowed. The loan period and type of access are determined by the lending library. In some cases, depending on their policies, on-site consultation will be required.
It may take longer to deliver hard-to-find, rare or out-of-print books.
Users are responsible for the materials during the loan period. If the material is lost or returned in poor condition, the holder must replace that material.
External institutions can request the items through Tipasa, GTBib, or this form selecting the topic “Interlibrary Loan request”.
Documents ordered through this service can be used only for private, educational, or research-related needs. Their reproduction and use are regulated by current intellectual property law. Full e-books are not available for loan due to copyright restrictions. Only up to 10% of the book can be requested in electronic format.
