Last week we had the opportunity to host a visit from European University Instituto in Florence. As part of CIVICA, both libraries had the chance to share knowledge from each side.

CIVICA is The European University of Social Science that unites ten leading European Higher Education Institutions in social science, business management, humanities, and public policy fields.  Our Library, with the aim of promoting the Sustainable Development Goals and the desire to continue contributing with its support to the Community, offers specific sessions for external libraries and librarians to share experiences and continue promoting knowledge creation.

During the visit they got to know first hand our resources, digital library, new technologies, open access items, interlibrary loan system, virtual catalogue and much more. Also, they have visited our three campuses, learning how our library circulation works, and the different experiences we give to our users.
