FESABID REPORT “UNIVERSALIZING PUBLIC LIBRARY SERVICES IN SPAIN”

The FESABID Report “Universalizing public library services in Spain” has been presented in the Senate, in which its author, Óscar Arroyo Ortega, carries out an important review of the legal framework that regulates and defines library services in Spain. The act served to expose everything that public libraries can offer to society.


The event was attended by the Professional Associations and Colleges that make up the Spanish Federation of Archival, Library, Documentation and Museum Societies (FESABID), members of the Network of University Libraries (REBIUN) and the Network of University Centers and Departments Spanish Information and Documentation (RUID), representatives of the Ministries of Culture and Sports and Education and Vocational Training, of the FEMP, as well as senators.
