From November 13 to 15, the IEU Library team attended the XXX CRUE I+D+i Sectorial Conference at the University of Castilla La Mancha. CRUE organized this event to address critical issues in research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) across Spain.
The conference highlighted the need for increased investment in R&D&I, the importance of talent attraction, enhanced employability, knowledge transfer, internationalization, equitable access, and digital transformation. These themes reflect the challenges and opportunities facing institutions striving to strengthen their strategies and plans in these areas.
A central focus of the conference was the collaboration between the five networks within the CRUE I+D+i sector. Participants delved into strategies to stimulate investment in knowledge, create new employment opportunities, and boost Spain’s competitiveness in the global landscape, to foster sustainable economic growth.
