GUILLERMO AND MICHÈLE DE LA DEHESA LIBRARY CATALOG

New CIVICA e-books now available through IEU Library

The Guillermo & Michèle de la Dehesa Library has added 19 new e-book titles acquired by CIVICA. The collection has been developed specifically to support teaching, learning, and research within CIVICA joint and multicampus courses.

The titles were purchased through the Alliance’s e-books acquisition project, an initiative designed to strengthen cooperation and expand the sharing of digital academic resources across CIVICA partner institutions. By coordinating acquisitions at Alliance level, the project enables members of the CIVICA community to benefit from a broader and more diverse range of materials relevant to their academic work.

All 19 titles have been acquired with perpetual access. This means that they will remain available to the CIVICA community over the long term, supporting current courses while also providing a valuable resource for future teaching and research.

The collection covers key areas within the social sciences, including political economy, capitalism, European integration, international relations, public policy, evaluation, globalisation, lobbying and contemporary political systems. Among the titles are Varieties of Capitalism, The Globalization Paradox, The Brussels Effect, Project Europe, The Oxford Handbook of the Cold War and The Routledge Handbook of Illiberalism.

This new collection reflects CIVICA’s commitment to fostering academic collaboration and improving access to shared knowledge across its network of European institutions. It also contributes to ensuring that students, faculty and researchers participating in CIVICA programmes have access to high-quality resources that address some of the most important political, economic and social questions of our time.
