The beginning of the academic year is the perfect time to explore everything IEU Library can offer. From international newspapers and academic journals to specialized databases, scholarly articles, and ebooks, our collection is here to support your studies, research, and projects.

Some resources, including The Economist, Workspace, Financial Times, Crunchbase, and El País, have specific access requirements. Depending on the resource, you may need to log in with your institutional credentials, create an account using your IE University email address, or request access in advance.

Please also remember that a platform may contain reports, modules, or publications that are not included in IEU Library’s subscription. Finding a reference within a database does not always mean that full-text access is available.

What should you do if you cannot access a resource?

Before contacting the Library, we recommend:

• Checking that you are using your institutional credentials.
• Accessing the resource through the IEU Library website or catalog.
• Trying a different browser or logging out and back in.
• Delete your cookies and cache.
• Checking whether the resource requires registration or the activation of a personal account.
• Saving the URL and taking a screenshot of the error message.

If the problem continues, our team can help you identify its cause and confirm whether the requested content is available. To help us resolve your query more efficiently, please include the name of the resource, its URL, a screenshot of the error, and a brief description of the steps you followed.
