The online forum with the theme “Service Innovation”, takes place from Nov. 23 to Dec. 7 2020.

The Library is invited as one of the Speakers in the subject of “Future-oriented Service Innovation” With the joint efforts of The University of Hong Kong Libraries, this forum will be a platform to have fruitful exchanges for worldwide librarians.

The Library will share the experiences regarding the detection, development and application of next-generation technologies, in order to change and improve the user experience, initiatives regarding the development of Sustainable Development Goals, the introduction of liquid education tools to transform classes, and support for synchronous and asynchronous classes. The latest projects around new virtual study spaces such as the Virtual Study Space, sustainable campaigns on access to online press through interactive ecological vinyls located on campus, gammification tools, robots and more technologies in terms of AI, APPS, and much more.

IE Library once again positions itself as a forerunner of change, highlighting its willingness to share and collaborate with institutions around the world, to foster the common growth.
